Working for a privately owned engineering company near Winchester. Company have been growing consistently over the last 10 years. Lovely recently refurbished offices, sociable environment.
The role - Technical Clerk or Administator providing support to the engineering and project management team. Assisting with tenders and proposals - ensuring supplies information is up to date including agreements and insurance details. Generate QA packs and raise PO's and invoices as required. Assist Admin Manager with travel bookings and enquiries. Some international travel and travel in UK will be required.
Seeking a strong team player, and good administrator, with a good technical understanding, strong planning and organising skills. MS Project and language skills an advantage but not essential.
Hours - 8.30-5.30, start ideally mid June!
