1-1 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our client in their Basingstoke office. This is a temporary position for initially 12 months.

This role offers potential to develop your career in HR, it is a very varied and busy role with a wide scale of responsibilities.

Main duties will include but not restricted too;

•Being responsible and accountable for administration and correspondence (including letters, emails, forms) throughout the employee lifecycle, covering all areas such as recruitment, inductions, transfers, compensation and benefits, references, policies, maternity/paternity, retirement and leavers in accordance with HR processes.
•Providing information and support to line managers, employees and HR teams on a wide range of HR policies, processes and procedures.
•First level triage of employee issues before escalating to employee relations
•Providing basic Employee Relations advice to line managers on key HR processes including sickness/absence, performance and short or long term leave
•Providing entry level support in ER case management
•Understanding fully the link between the processes and policies, suggesting and implementing improvements or changes
•Ownership of HRA improvement projects, including providing recommendations on particular areas of expertise as appropriate
•Being responsible for key assigned HR Processes, such as immigration, maternity and for keeping the process compliant with company and statutory regulations
•Providing entry level support in ER case management
•Pro actively working within the team to ensure that peaks in workload are managed smoothly
•Any adhoc duties required

The correct candidate will;

•Have 2 years HR administration experience
•Have experience of operating under pressure and to tight deadlines
•Have excellent communications and interpersonal skills
•Have the ability to work in a highly sensitive and confidential environment
•Have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook etc
