£30,000 per annum
1-1 Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced secretary or PA to join a highly prestigious organisation in Winchester. The role includes a wide range of administration and secretarial duties and requires support of a number of colleagues within the team.
Experience working in a high pressured environment is essential.
Day to day responsibilities:
·Oversee and process incoming and outgoing post and emails
·Handle all incoming telephone call enquiries and correspondence
·Manage colleagues diaries, including the arrangement of appointments, and management of events and protected time
·Produce correspondence, reports, presentations, and any other documentation as and when required
·Prepare for and minute meetings as required, including the distribution of all pre-meeting and post-meeting documentation and agendas
·Complete many other administrative tasks required by the team
Required skills, experience, and attributes:
·Act as an excellent ambassador for the organisation and remain professional at all times
·Be a committed and positive team player
·Hold 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade A-C/ 9-5 or equivalent in English and Mathematics
·Business Administration qualification or further/higher educated (e.g. A-Levels/degree) is desirable
·Previous experience within similar administrative support role, 5 + years
·Excellent IT skills (powerpoint, word and excel in particular)
·Able to show initiative and prioritise own work, when under pressure
·Able to work in a reactive way to solve problems
·Articulate and approachable with excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
