Our client based in Basingstoke is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be a creative problem solver and have experience of developing lasting relationships in customers.

As the successful Sales Support Administrator you will play a crucial part in executing front line services to ensure customer success.

Key duties will include;

  • Pro-actively engage with customers through phone, visits and email communication with a tailored approach to solving problems
  • Production of quotations and pro-actively engage with customers to follow up opportunities
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers
  • Entry of new sales orders
  • Identify and take the lead on identifying additional sales opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with other departments including Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure a customer success
  • Seek opportunities with the customer to identify other areas of commercial benefit and develop sales
