Sales Support Administrator


£25,000 - £27,000 per annum

A UK wide organisation located in Basingstoke is currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their expanding and high-achieving Sales team. The purpose of this role will be to develop new market opportunities in designated regions for the business. You will be working with internal and external teams to ensure customer propositions and have solutions, which exceed requirements and standards. You will be assisting the sales team to exceed their target, expand account growth and improve account prospects overall.

Role Requirements:

  • Processing all new sales leads
  • Proactively following up with customers and clients to ensure 100% satisfaction with products and solutions offered by the sales team
  • Develop and monitor KPI’s
  • Managing the sales tracking tools and reporting information required
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
  • Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Providing necessary data and reporting to the sales team regularly
  • Arranging appointments with the sales team and clients
  • Updating all contact information for clients and customers
  • Arranging travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting with third parties outside of the office
  • Update all sales opportunities ensuring Salesforce is kept up to date with relevant information
  • Measure and monitor sales performance of each account to ensure these are kept in line with the account plans agreed
  • Supporting the sales team to operate within managing costs and budget

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate / Administrator is required
  • Hands on experience and knowledge with ERP and/or CRM systems
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer services practices
  • BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in a relevant field in very advantageous
  • To be fluent in the Russian language would be preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge and experience of working daily with Salesforce essential
