We have an opportunity to work in an exciting and growing organisation who are family owned and their story began in 1975. Since then the company is a recognised nationwide supplier to the construction industry and has many first tier supply relationships with many of the UK's largest contractors. They are constantly innovating, developing and expanding and are seeking a Sales Manager to join the business.
The role of Sales Manager would be to work alongside the Business Development Director to focus on identified targets and prospects. 50% of the role would be business development across London, and the South East to Bournemouth to make a difference financially to the growing business.
The role of Sales Manager would also be to manage the sales team (4 in total) to maximise performance and to inspire the team through quality management and leadership.
Able to open doors with new prospects and gain an understanding of prospect needs and market trends
Develop rapport and relationship between the Company and Client to ensure the working relationship is mutually beneficial.
Networking within the industry to obtain new contacts and opportunities.
