We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant on a part-time basis to join this growing organisation based in Alton, to support the internal sales team.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate with people at varying levels, as well as be efficient, self-motivated and possess exceptional IT skills.

Responsibilities include;


  • Process Sales Orders
  • Generate quotations for Vendors
  • Manage Price Lists and Stock
  • Liaise with Operations team to ensure compliance and placement of orders
  • Administrative duties

  • Excellent time management and prioritising skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Hours

Part time, Permanent: 09.30 -14.00 / 14.30 Monday to Thursday (18-20 hours a week)

Basic salary: FTE is £18k per annum pro rata
