We are seeking a motivated administrator with excellent IT skills with good customer service skills.
·Assist the Sales Team in closing new business opportunities through administrative support
·Handle incoming sales enquiries and liaise with the relevant member of the Sales Team
·Update the CRM system
·Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care and Customer Services to ensure the process runs efficiently.
·Support with pricing and order processing.
·Follow up and validate incoming leads from marketing campaigns.
·Solid experience working within an administrative role
·Experience dealing with customers, both internally and externally
·Excellent PC skills with working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
·Excellent numeracy and organisational skills
·Proactive and flexible approach to adapt to different customer types
·Excellent written and oral communication skills
·Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a confident telephone manner
·Able to work on own initiative to deadlines and under pressure
·Fluency in one or more European language
