Sales Support Administrator

Location: Alton
Salary: Up to £28,000 (plus commission) 

Are you a proficient Administrator looking for a new challenge? Have you worked in Sales before? 

On behalf of our client based in Alton, we are currently seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The main roles and responsibilities for the Sales Support Administrator will include:

  • Managing Major Accounts with high level of accuracy
  • Providing fast turnaround for quotation and order processing
  • Providing sales administration support to sales team member and exploring upsell opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships to promote sales
  • Assisting with queries and managing renewal contracts

To be Successful for the Sales Support Administrator role you will need:

  • Strong communication skills, with good telephone manner
  • To be commercially aware with good attention to detail
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • The ability to problem solve, identifying a client's needs and respond accordingly
  • To be self-starter who can motivate themselves and takes a positive approach to sales
  • Knowledge of IT Industry would be beneficial  
  • Previous use of NetSuite CRM system would be beneficial
