Recruitment Consultant

Basingstoke

Basic Salary + Commission + Private Healthcare + Pension

1-1  Recruitment are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to build on an existing Permanent Desk within the Basingstoke area.

The Ideal Candidate must come with sector experience and a proven track record as a successful Recruitment Consultant.  Currently the desk manages mainly Commercial roles – HR, Finance, Office, Customer Service etc. Flexibility to open new sectors are encouraged by management.

The Consultant is to be responsible for the whole 360 recruitment process.

Key Areas:

• Business Development & Sales building existing client base and bringing on new business
• Virtual Client Meetings – We have a video technology system in place
• Working to KPI's
• Identifying exceptional candidates
• Conduct virtual qualification interviews / Telephone calls
• Build long-term client relationships
• Research and develop sales leads

The Candidate must have minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in a recruitment agency setting, and the desire to succeed.

Must be:

• Be able to show Proof of success  
• Be target driven and self-motivated
