Basic Salary + Commission + Private Healthcare + Pension

1-1  Recruitment are looking to recruit a Branch Manager to oversee and manage the recruitment team in our Basingstoke office.

The Ideal Candidate must come with Team Leader / Branch Management experience and a proven track record of managing a successful Team. Currently the core business is Commercial however new areas can be explored.

The Branch manager will have responsibility for The Basingstoke Office and Team, Budgets and P&L reporting to the Board.

Key Areas:

• Business Development & Sales bringing on new business
• Build long-term client relationships
• Research and develop sales leads
• Supporting the team
• Ensuring Branch targets are achieved
• Positive outlook and approach

The Candidate must have minimum of 2 years Recruitment Management / Team Leader

Must be:

• Be able to show Proof of Success
• Be target driven and self-motivated
