Our client is seeking a strong administrator that may have had previous experience in an office or warehouse.
Must have good working knowledge of Excel & Word
Our applicant will help with the full control of this important product sector - from liaising with our sales team, order processing with our suppliers, coordinating & controlling our stock through to arranging despatch of finished stock.
A significant percentage of our products are bespoke sizes and fabrics, so an ability to work in a constantly changing and responsive environment is essential. Customer service is crucial and attention to detail is at the core of this department.
Knowledge of inventory control with particular reference to purchasing/stock takes/stock movements/invoice checking, maintaining pricing and preparing quotations
The successful candidate will be communicating by email & phone with several suppliers in the UK & abroad, so therefore needs to be able to give clear and concise instructions. They will also need to communicate clearly with our sales teams in our London & New York offices
Flexible and hands-on approach to various tasks. Ability to work to tight dead line while maintaining the accuracy of information on system.
