A new opportunity has arisen to work as a Stock Administrator for one of our lovely client’s in Andover.
This is a great role for someone with a good administrative background to become part of a small, friendly and busy team.

The key duties include:
·Check incoming deliveries according to guidelines.
·Book-in on stock control system.
·Review, record and scan Certificates of Conformance.
·Generate goods received note.
·Label and store goods appropriately.
·Print delivery note and customer invoice for outgoing orders.
·Record traceability.
·Pack goods and arrange shipment to customer via courier.
·Generate commercial invoices where necessary.
·Organise Stocktake.
·Communicate with customers and suppliers by email and telephone.

The ideal candidate will:
·Be a team player with the ability to use own initiative
·Be content working in a ‘hands on’ environment
·Have a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
·Have worked in a similar administrative role before
·Have own transport
·Have a reasonable level of physical fitness is necessary as there is some moving and packing of boxes involved
·Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a full time, permanent position paying an annual salary of up to £25,000.
