This company are growing rapidly and need a strong administrator/sales order processor who wants to work for a small friendly dynamic evolving company.
Primary duties – the main part of the role is  sales order processing, acting as a central liaison/co-ordinator between all departments within the business.  This involves liaising with suppliers and customers, obtaining prices, creating customer quotes and processing orders.  Day to day management and reporting of business management software to enable proactive accurate and timely management of all renewals and projects.  Admin responsibility for the team, timesheets and team movements including holiday and sickness. 
Attributes required - ambitious , want to grow this role, you must be organised , analytical with an eye for improvement, and attention to detail.  Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with your colleagues to get the results required.  Full training will be given on the business management software, although you will need ideally to be proficient in Excel.
