Our client is looking for an HR Supervisor that will be is responsible for the day to day management of the HR Shared Service team. The role will be instrumental in assisting with the reduction of costs and increased efficiency through the standardisation and alignment of policies, processes and Compass workflows across the Region. There will a requirement to work closely with Compensation & Benefits, HRIS Technical Specialists and HR BP Roles,


  • Manage a small team of HR Administrators in the day to day operations of the HR Shared Service, providing leadership and building a highly capable team to meet the needs of the business
  • Ensure that all processes and the administration of benefits meet legislative requirements
  • Ensure consolidation and consistency, where possible, of key HR policies and practices across the UK with regional/global considerations
  • Actirvely particiapate in the development and implementation of both new and/or changes to benefit programmes
  • Manage the relationship with third party benefit providers to ensure that service standards are met 
  • Continuously improve HR processes and ways of working to deliver a customer centric service to the business 
  • Actively support, guide and participate in the project management of key projects

Must be CIPD qualified and degree educated.  

Experience, knowledge and skills: 

  • Specific work experience requirements
  • Proven record of delivering HR Shared Services across businesses along with the management and development of a strong HR Shared Services Team.
  • Ability to manage and develop constructive relationships with third party providers. A minimum of 5 years HR experience in large complex organisations with diverse employee populations
  • In depth knowledge of pensions legislation and employer mandatory compliance
