Our client is looking for an HR Supervisor that will be is responsible for the day to day management of the HR Shared Service team. The role will be instrumental in assisting with the reduction of costs and increased efficiency through the standardisation and alignment of policies, processes and Compass workflows across the Region. There will a requirement to work closely with Compensation & Benefits, HRIS Technical Specialists and HR BP Roles,
Must be CIPD qualified and degree educated.
