The Company - growing healthcare company with offices across the world who have been acquisitive seeking an HR individual for 12 months contract to align all the processes across the group.
Report to Senior HR Manager and HR Director - work closely with them , Comp and Bens, HRIS and HR BP roles to look at processes and create some consistency on a project basis.
Position summary - responsible for the dleivery of HR operational activities and the administration and deployment of employee benefits and reward strategies across the EMEA Region. The role will be to assit in the reduction of costs and increase effieciency through the standardisation and alignment of policies, processes and workflows.
Specific work experience requirements - proven record of delivering HR Shared Services across businesses along with the management and development of a strong HR Shared Services Team. Able to manage and develop relationships with third party providers. A min of 5 years HR experience in large complex organisations. Knowledge of pensions legislation an advantage. Highly motivated, collaborative and outcome driven. Excellent coaching, interpersonal and communication skills. Proven record of delivering continuous improvement activities. Experience of developing HR databases and systems.
The role is based mainly in Basingstoke and time spent in Swindon too. You must be willing to work 50/50 across both locations.
