1-1 Recruitment have a great opportunity for a HR Manager to join our client’s friendly team. This is a full-time permanent position, offering hybrid working two days per week.
·To coach, mentor and support the senior managers in line with the people strategy.
·To drive performance management.
·To drive positive and engaging workplace culture.
·To provide a professional HR advisory service, supporting the business in the implementation of HR strategy, policy, and procedures.
·To provide support to all areas of the site on getting the best out of teams, in line with our values.
·To ensure payroll is correctly processed.
·Carry out and support Managers in the implementation and application of HR procedures such as the disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings, appraisals, performance management, capability, etc.
·Develop a close working relationship with managers, supporting them through coaching and advice.
·Manage the recruitment process.
·Involvement in the administration of annual salary reviews and bonus schemes.
·Provide internal communication of a non-standard nature for recognising achievements, promotions, qualifications, recruitment etc.
·Initiation, management, and delivery of various training programmes around the site e.g., team working and HR policies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
·Ideally degree qualified with CIPD or equivalent OR relevant alternative experience.
·Sound understanding of HR
·Experience of handling sensitive information and communicating effectively.
·Experience in interviewing and selection.
·Experience of supporting investigations, disciplinarians, grievances, and performance management.
·Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment with a range of stakeholders
·Experience of influencing and providing guidance that is credible with senior managers
·In depth experience of advising on the resolution of performance, conduct and attendance management issues.
