New opportunity has arisen in Hampshire for an HR Director to join the senior management team of this successful organisation. 

Please see a list of duties for the HR Director role – this is a full time position and involves dealing with employees remotely on a regular basis.

Learning & Development

    • Leadership Development Programme
    • Designing/evaluating mandatory training frameworks
    • Apprenticeships

Reward, Recognition, Engagement

  • Lead yearly pay review process
  • Market research regarding pay, rewards and benefits – identifying, implementing, reviewing
  • Internal recognition schemes


  • HR due diligence – DD questionnaires, reviewing documents sent, looking at HR related indemnities, warranties etc.

Employment Law

    • Provide guidance on complex issues/cases – approve dismissals etc.
    • Advice and processes around restructures and redundancies specifically

Org design

    • Working with senior management team to identify senior roles, market research, designing job specs, liaising with recruiters, designing interview questions etc.

HR Team

  • Leading small HR team, regular meetings and involvement in all people related areas of the business.


    • Developing recruitment policies and procedures – e.g. recruitment, DBS, onboarding procedures
