HR Adviser role working within the HR team of a family owned business in Andover. The role is to work closely with Management across the business to help managers understand and implement company policies and procedures. Assisting with all employee relation cases including disciplinary and grievances, absence management and managing investigations. You will need to be able to build internal relationships and provide excellent HR support at all times. Ability to work on projects as directed. Good working knowledge of employment law and chane management, and TUPE transfers. Provide support to employees on HR issues, as well as maternity, paternity etc. Tier 2 visa experience would be desirable. Able to drive and visit another site a few times per year. Promote HR service and improve visibility and communications within the Company. Ideally available to start at short notice.
