Due to internal promotions, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this growing company who has presence in more than 40 countries as an HR Administrator within a thriving human resources department.
Main responsibilities of the HR Administrator role includes:
·HR Administration in relation to all aspects of HR
·Maintain company compliance with the right to work in the UK and support 1st day induction process
·Produce and update employment contracts and variation letters
·Send out new starter welcome pack and leaver documentation, including exit surveys
·HR Systems (HRIS) is a key part of the HR Administrator role. Create and manage employees and process in the HRIS (People HR), making sure the information and organisational structure are accurate at all times.
The Ideal HR Administrator Skills and Attributes:
·Strong administration and analysis skills
·Strong Excel skills are essential
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain internal relationships
·Experience using HR systems – People HR would be desirable but not essential
·Previous experience working within a HR team is essential
HR Administrator Benefits:
