Up to £15 per hour
1-1 Recruitment are seeking a HR Administrator to join our client’s friendly team in Basingstoke. This is an ongoing temporary position, where you will provide support for the HR team and all other employees. The ideal candidate will be working for a large international company in smart, modern premises. Due to the current situation this role would initially be a combination of home and office working.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
·3+ years of experience in HR required, including experience in the driving of general HR Administration processes forward
·Experience within an organization that has a distributed employee and field-based population.
·Proficiency with HR/payroll systems would be an advantage
·You enjoy interpersonal relations and you have strong communication skills both written and verbal
·Ability to understand business and customer requirements
·Ability to communicate and network with the wider business is a must
You are organised, methodical and flexible with a high sense of confidentiality and self-awareness
·Have a constant drive to improve, learn, stretch and grow
·Have a can do, everything is possible outlook
·Consider the wider business implications
·Works with others to encourage and establish common understanding
·Actively seeks new/improved ways of working
·Proven operational HR Experience is desirable
·Must be able to adapt to an ever changing environment
