The role - either permanent or on a fixed term contract for 12 months- HR Administrator working in a busy team providing central support to the employees on all aspects of HR administration as well as playing an ative role in the client facing delivery of HR operational support to ensure employees are fully equipped to achieve exceptional results.
The person - personality is key - you will be able to work in a team but work independently. A self starter, results orientated. Flexible, proactive approach. Excellent IT skills and communication skills to build rapport and communicate with clarity
Education/experience - Proven HR admin experience in an environment dealing with end to end employee lifecycle and ideally studying or attained CIPD Level 3
Duties - management of end to end recruitment, assessment and selection activity for a variety of different roles including working with managers with regard to onboarding. Able to maintain accurate information and records. Provide HR administration and reporting when required. Deliver accurate advice and ensure all information is legally up to date in line with agreed processes. Take the lead with line management in terms of processes in relation to absence, investigations, occupational health and any other cases. Interface with payroll on behalf of employees.
