An exciting HR Administrator opportunity has arisen for our Client based in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will be responsible for the onboarding process and ensuring all administrative duties are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.


  • To work closely with the HR Advisor and HR Director to ensure all administrative duties in the HR department are carried out
  • To be responsible for the onboarding process including completing offer letters, contracts and obtaining evidence of Proof to work in the UK
  • Apply for online Disclosure and Barring Service checks as well as business and personal references when required
  • Support with recruitment activities including maintaining job adverts on online sites, liaising with local advertisers and the company careers website
  • Conduct telephone exit interviews with leavers
  • Maintain accurate records
  • To attend meetings and take minutes, as and when required, producing timely records
  • To travel to other sites within the Company when required.

Skills, knowledge and experience required; 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous HR administrative skills and experience
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
