Finance Administrator

A great opportunity has become available for a self-motivated, highly organised Finance Administrator at our friendly client based in Andover.

Have you worked in an Accounts role previously? If so then this could be a great new role for you.

Main Role and Responsibilities


  • Enter, check and reconcile all supplier invoices into Sage 200. Contacting suppliers and sending remittance advice where necessary
  • Enter all remittances into Sage 200 – allocating to correct sales ledger account
  • Managing credit control
  • Reconcile credit card payments
  • Download and prepare monthly credit card/cash expenses spreadsheet.
  • Assist MD with vehicle fleet administration
  • Price Band administration – ensure Sage import files are prepared for import by Head of Finance
  • Assist Head of Finance with monthly reporting completion and entry into SAP BO FC
  • Assist with end of year audit

Successful Applicants should ideally have;


  • Debt collection and reconciliation experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office and an Accounting system (ideally Sage 200)
  • Intermediate or above Excel skills
  • Great communication
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines

 

Hours; Monday – Thursday 0900-1700 and Friday 0900-1600

Salary – DOE
