Our client is an well established and accredited photocopier dealership based in Romsey.  Due to continued expansion they are looking for an Experienced Photocopier Engineer to support their busy service team.  An experienced Photocopier Engineer with experience in Ricoh machines covering the Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer care with the aim to continue gaining knowledge of MFDs and IT Networking to expand their own progression as well as the company’s.  The tasks involved are well rounded and generally different from day to day. This will range from being in the office and repairing and refurbishing machines, as well as on the road attending equipment within customer’s premises and installing and collecting equipment throughout the South of England.

Career development within the company long term will be aided with the close support of the service team, as well as accredited training programs to further knowledge and understanding.
You will be expected to work with minimum supervision, however there will always be full support from your Technical Manager and the team.

Skillset and credentials:


  • Experience on Ricoh MFDs.
  • Experience with Kyocera/UTAX (although not essential).
  • Good knowledge of IT networking for Print and Scanning.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
  • Ability to diagnose and rectify faults in a time/cost effective manner.

Ideally the successful candidate will have the following attributes:


  • 21+ years of age for insurance purposes.
  • Possess a full clean UK driving license.
  • Excellent time management and organisation.
  • Fit and able to move/lift equipment as and when required.
  • Presentable and polite.
  • Must be a keen learner and be capable of working well in a team as well as independently.
