Up to £32,000 per annum
1-1 Recruitment have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join this progressive business based in Basingstoke. The role is to provide support to the managing director, assisting in any administration duties and helping to manage and prioritise his time and diary.
Day to day responsibilities:
·Prepare for and arrange management committee meetings and take minutes
·Provide agendas for all meetings
·Create and edit presentations for meetings
·Arrange travel, visas and accommodation etc.
·Arrange and book all 1:1’s and appraisals for staff
·Arrange company conferences, including choosing locations and hotels, organising travel, book team events, create agendas etc.
·Arrange all office staff events, Christmas parties etc.
·Provide support for other departments in case of any staff holiday or sickness
Skills, attributes and qualifications:
·Ability to deal with confidential matters in a tactful way
·Able to interact efficiently at all levels of the business
·Astute and professional demeanour and presence
·Advanced PowerPoint skills – MUST HAVE
·Proficient in Word/Excel
·An eye for detail – accuracy of note/minute-taking, and grammatically sound
·25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
·Pension would be up to 8% from the company of the employee contributes up to 4%
·Non-contributory private medical cover for employee plus family (certain criteria apply)
·Agile working policy (office based but ability to work from home if the need arises)
