EA to HR Director – Strong Excel required

Our market-leading, international client based in Andover is seeking an EA to the HR Director on a part time permanent basis. Hours are between 21-28 per week and are flexible.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel and previous experience in a fast paced challenging PA role, preferable within HR, but not essential. 

Main duties include;


  • Day-to-day administrative tasks, including proactively managing the complex diary and commitments of the International HR Director, scheduling UK and international meetings, and preparing documents and presentations. 
  • liaise regularly with senior external and internal stakeholders
  • You will also be required to manage emails and correspondence, using your initiative and knowledge of the business to ensure the appropriate action is taken.
  • Coordinating complex travel including the production of itineraries, accommodation, transport and visa documentation will also be required on a regular basis

What we’re looking for in the candidate


  • Proven track record of working as an EA for a director or senior level manager or relevant PA work experience
  • Experience of organising conferences/events
  • IT/email/internet literate, highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong aptitude for analysing, summarising and presenting data
  • Creative approach to preparing presentations and other visual materials
