Customer Support Executive

Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire

Salary: £20,000 -24,000

Our rapidly growing client based on the outskirts of Basingstoke is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a solid background within Customer Service and a good working knowledge of Excel.

Key Responsibilities of Customer Support Executive:

  • Dealing with lost phones
  • Order of hardware
  • Providing SIM cards
  • Advising on international travel rates
  • Liaising with network providers on a daily basis
  • Assisting with billing queries
  • Analysing call data
  • Providing Proposals and contracts

Key Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • A good working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to Multi-task
