Customer Service Co-ordinator - new position to receive on line orders through email and process orders - yo will need experience ideally of B2C customer base to deliver customer service from start to finish.

The role deals with all customers with regard to their ordes and is a very busy role.

You would need strong customer service experience gained in an office environment ideally in E-commerce and the ability to be knowledgeable on different products to upsell if required.  Some experience in procurement and e-commerce would be a bonus.  Able to resolve queries via different customer care channels.  Process refunds, returns and replacements where necessary.

This is a full time position - hours are flexible, and due to current restrictions is home working but going forward will be more office based when things return to normal.

The role of Customer Service Co-ordinator is working within a team however you would need to be able to work independently and able to make decisions.  A pro-active approach is essential.
