Our client in central Winchester are seeking an enthusiastic and hard working customer service agent to join their customer services team.  


Working in a friendly and professional environment, this position will include supporting customers for a number of different insurers by:

  • Communicating with customers predominantly on the telephone but also on a written basis via letter and email to resolve their queries and needs to a high standard
  • Issuing relevant documents, handle premium collection queries, arrange for refunds in conjunction with the telephone call as required in an accurate and timely manner
  • Working in a regulated environment where you will be required to be aware of and fully comply with the company’s Data Protection standard and other financial services procedures

  • Computer and technical skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Analysis and problem-solving
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service/Call-Centre environment (would be advantageous)

Working hours are 35 hours per week on a shift rotation, between 8am and 6pm. There is a requirement to work approx. 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am - 1pm, as paid overtime.
