Customer Service Adviser 

Location: Fleet

Salary: £19k - £21k per annum

Our well established client, based in Fleet are looking for an experienced Customer Service Adviser to join their close knit and friendly team on a permanent, full time basis.

Working under the Head of Customer Service, you will provide support to the Operations Team in the day to day running of the operations department.

The roles and responsibilities of the Customer Service Adviser will include:

  • Providing support and interacting with customers on the live chat platform
  • Responding to customer queries via email, responding to any GDPR related customer requests
  • Taking phone calls from third parties and follow up any interaction with customers
  • Supporting with any broker requests and chargebacks.

To be successful for the Customer Service Adviser role, you will need:

  • A good eye for detail and excellent problem solving skills
  • To be accurate and meticulous in your work
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other departments and staff at all level
  • To be able to prioritise workload and organise your day effectively
  • An understanding of GDPR would be desirable
