Customer Service Administrator 

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £22k - £24k

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work for a reputable organisation based in Basingstoke

The main roles and responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers and clients
  • Proactive account management including pattern identification and looking at customer accounts
  • Liaise between Sales, Customers & Engineers to ensure effective completion of customer support issues.
  • Develop a key understanding of services and products provided by the company in order to develop a specialist knowledge
  • Proactively oversee and manage the back-order process where required

The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have:

  • Previous experience in a busy Customer Service or key accounts management role
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • A great eye for detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent IT skills, to include a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
