our client is seeking a DUTCH speaking Customer Inventory Cordinator to act as a key point of contact ininvestigating and resolving many complex queries relating to consignment products within hospitals throughout the UK through timely and effective liaison with our customers and inventory team.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Accurately collating, checking and analysing data in line with customer SLAs.
  • Updating customer systems, providing data and creating reports as and when necessary including trends, charts, presentations and explanations of activity.
  • Processing transactions in SAP as approved by our Client.
  • Liaising in a timely and effective manner with relevant internal and external teams/ customers/stakeholders to provide and obtain necessary information.
  • Investigating and resolving consignment queries and discrepancies.
  • Investigating transactions in SAP system and communicating findings to our Client’s Customer Services team for resolution.
  • Reporting to the Client with detailed analysis of missing products where appropriate.
  • Ensure actions are followed through to successful conclusion or escalated to relevant team/Manage.
  • Share ideas and provide suggestions on continuous improvement.
  • Support with cover during holiday periods for other QA employees.
  • Any other duties which are reasonable and appropriate.
  • Ensure that reasonable care is taken at all times for the health, safety and welfare of you and other persons.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Skills and Expertise 

  • Demonstrate success in a previous inventory management / customer facing or similar role.
  • Highly customer focused with excellent customer interaction skills and good commercial awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills – interpretation of data using SAP and excel reports.
  • IT skills including MS (Excel, Word) and knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems essential.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail.
  • Understand that some things must be acted upon with urgency and immediacy.
  • Demonstrate sound judgement based on own knowledge and within company/customer processes.
  • Show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner.
  • Understanding of the healthcare market would be desirable.
  • A team player with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem solving, organisational, planning and analytical skills.
