Job Overview:
Support the Head of Customer Service in the day to day running of the Operations Dept. Your role will be to sit between the customer and the Company and so it is vital that you are always thinking about the customers' demands and needs and where and how you can improve the customer journey.
You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and making sure that all customer interaction is handled correctly and efficiently to ensure the company is operating within the rules and requirements.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·Respond to all Customer queries by email
·Be a vigilant member of the team regarding fraudulent cases
·Be able to multi-task
·Interact with Customers via a Livechat facility  
·Ensure total compliance with Company standards and procedures, including data protection (GDPR), complaints and vulnerable customers.
·Use your day to day experiences when interacting with customers to identify trends and be forward-thinking in discussing any opportunities/potential improvements for the Company with your team
Skills & Requirements:
·A strong desire to keep the Customer at the heart of all you do within your work and provide excellent customer outcomes as a result
·Fluent in all MS Office packages including Excel and Powerpoint.
·An excellent command of the English language and written communication
·Clear strength in organisation, multi-tasking and ability to manage own workload
·Ability to work under pressure as part of a small, fast paced team
·A positive, can-do attitude
·Experience in handling a multitude of different Customers, either in a F2F/Telephone/Email environment  
·Ability to adjust to a changing workload and to cope with high demand
·Strong Administration background essential
·Experience in the Insurance/Motor Trade Industry preferred, but not essential
