Job Title: Customer Service Location: Fleet Salary: £22k to £24k This is a great opportunity for a person with excellent Customer Service / Administration experience to join a small team in a really varied role where your ideas for company improvement can be implemented. Job Overview: Support the Head of Customer Service in the day to day running of the Operations Dept. Your role will be to sit between the customer and the Company and so it is vital that you are always thinking about the customers' demands and needs and where and how you can improve the customer journey. You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and making sure that all customer interaction is handled correctly and efficiently to ensure the company is operating within the rules and requirements.
