Assistant Property Manager - PT (3 Days – Flexible)
Ensuring all appropriate compliance requirements such as fire risk, health & safety assessments
Helping to achieve property compliance in line with fire safety legislation.
Oversee and produce reports providing progress updates
Maintain up-to-date accurate records relating to project requirements
Providing support leasehold enquiry support within the Estates Manger and other business areas
Relationship manager/ contact with our risk assessors
Relationship manager/contact with our technical partners
To provide cover within estates management, support and assistance as requested by the Estates Manager
Experienced in long leasehold block management is required but not essential. Any supporting experience within the property industry (even if outside of block management) would be advantageous.
Whilst some knowledge of current fire risk & safety legislation affecting residential property management is desirable, it is not essential.
The ideal candidate must be able to work pro-actively, both as an individual and as part of a team. They must be able to demonstrate strong written & verbal communication skills
