Part time – 26 hours ( working hours- Monday 9-3, Tues – Friday 9-2)
Salary £15,194
This role will involve travelling between Newbury, Wokingham and Basingstoke.
1to1 Group are working in partnership with a local homeless charity to provide an administrator, part time on a permanent basis.
The Role:
This role will be to provide administrative support across all three services, and to enable effective systems and procedures to maintain the efficient running on the services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
·To provide administrative support to the service including receiving, recording and storing funds, processing invoices, banking, ordering and stock control of supplies – in accordance with set processes
·To generate letters, take minutes, oversee post, log and report faulty equipment or damage to the property
·To check, reconcile and report on clients’ rent accounts
·To collate ex-clients’ rent arrears, and produce reports to enable write offs
·To administer clients’ housing benefit and Department for Work and Pensions records on our systems, liaise with external authorities if needed
·To complete statutory and regulatory forms and provide data for management reporting
Requirements:
·Customer service skills
·Good problem-solving skills
·Ability to manage and prioritise workload
·Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
·Strong administration and organisational skills
·Understanding of the support needs of people experiencing homelessness or those with complex needs (desirable)
