Senior Administrator
£28,000 – £30,000

1-1 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior administrator to join a busy, family run team, based in Andover. As senior administrator, you will be required to provide general administration support to the sales team and also the MD and General Manager.
This is a permanent, full time, office based position, offering a salary between £28,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Main Duties:
·Organisation of correspondence for the MD and General Manager
·Management of emails
·Administration of boardroom bookings and hospitality. Arrangements of the Quarterly All Staff meetings
·Produce reports and presentations as required using Microsoft Office applications
·Provide cover for the sales office (taking calls)
·Carry-out any other duties deemed reasonable
·Minute taking for the monthly management meetings
·Assist the General Manager with Health and Safety duties
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
·Proven experience in a similar role
·Be self-motivated
·Have the ability to work on your own initiative to achieve results
·Have the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
·IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
·Attention to detail and accuracy
