We have seen a rise in the number of positions available across Hampshire in all disciplines and over the next 12 months according to the REC 42% of employers are planning to grow their permanent staff which suggests that the overall picture is changing for the better.
1-1 Recruitment assist with human resources, purchasing, office including customer service, reception, PA’s, credit control and general accounts roles including payroll, and data analysts.
The outlook for temps are still in strong demand with 82% of employers planning to either maintain or increase their use of temporary staff in both the short and longer term. These statistics compiled by the REC confirms that the vast majority of businesses are not planning to reduce their use of agency staff despite the AWR.
