Are you an organised individual who is able to multi-task? If so our client is looking for someone with motor experience who can provide a high level of customer service. You will be dealing with a high level of customer service taking a high volume of calls from customers. You will need to be able to problem solve and provide effective solutions to get vehicles repaired. Duties will also include arranging repairs, MOT and services. This is a pressurised environment so you will need to be used to working in this type of organisation. Free parking available. Salary £18-18,500. Monday to Friday Saturdays am on a Rota system.
