A new opportunity has arisen to work as a Supply Chain Administrator for a successful, growing and prestigious business in Winchester.
The main duties for this role include:
·Inputting and updating existing bills of materials
·Effectively dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
·Updating daily production performance
·Obtaining and communicating progress updates on all sub-contracted orders
·Support in the maintenance and execution of the production schedule
·Updating the production lead times regularly
·Raising stock orders whilst considering the impact on current customer orders
·Completion of any other reasonable request made by senior management
The ideal candidate should have:
·Good communication skills at all levels
·Be a team an effective team player
·A good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
·Be highly motivated and committed to achieving set objectives
This is a permanent position, ideally working full time 9am – 5:30pm, Mon to Fri (although these hours can be flexible) and the annual salary is £20,000 - £22,000 depending on the candidate.
