One of our well established and rapidly growing professional services organisations based in Central Winchester is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join the team on their front of house reception.

You will be responsible for the following:

• To assist the receptionist with answering phones, greeting clients, managing meeting rooms and to organise drinks and lunches, as required.
• To deal with the internal and external post
• To take a proactive approach in the archiving system
• To assist with general administrative duties such as; audit typing, photocopying, filing and scanning
• To assist in the maintenance of the in-house database systems (data entry and new client set up

Qualifications / Knowledge required

• Experience of working within a client facing role, both on the telephone and in person – essential
• Computer Experience – Word, Excel and Outlook – essential
• PowerPoint - desirable

Skills required

• Self-motivated, flexible and able to take the initiative
• Team player able to develop good relationships with all staff and external clients
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
