An opportunity has arisen to work as an Administrator/Secretary for a reputable business in the centre of Winchester.
This role is a 9 month maternity contract responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to a Pensions Administration department consisting of 9 people.
The main duties for this role include:
·Sorting the post within the department
·Scanning documentation
·Writing up of documents when required
·Assembling the distributing Trustee Meeting packs
·Answering the telephones
·Arranging meetings
·Assisting in any other office duties as required
The ideal candidate should be well organised and personable with the ability to work as part of a team. Accuracy and attention to detail is key in this role as well as a good knowledge of MS Office and some previous relevant experience.
This is a contract role paying £18,000 pro rata and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm.
