An opportunity has arisen to work as an Administrator for a small firm on the outskirts of Winchester.
The main duties for this role include:
·Providing administration support to a busy office
·Provide bookkeeping duties
·Answering the phone
·Monitoring of all emails
·Updating Purchase Orders using Sage Accounts
·Matching invoice to delivery notes
The ideal candidate will have a professional and polite manner with the willingness and ability to learn and provide good administrative duties. This person should have some administration background desirably with the use of Sage Accounts.
This is a full time role Mon – Thurs, 8:30am – 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break and 8:30am – 4pm on a Friday.
The annual salary is £18,000 to £20,000 depending on the candidate.
