Talent Acquisition Coordinator – French Speaking – Circa £13.50 per hour
Location: Home based
Our client are a leading global biotechnology company who focus on treating patients with rare diseases. They are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on an 11 month contractual basis.
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for general administrative support to the rest of the world talent acquisition function in the areas of talent acquisition operations.
Key duties to include; ·Maintaining the company system/database·Updating job postings on company website and external job boards·Distribution of internal and external applications via company career website·Scheduling of candidate interviews, preparation of all relevant correspondence ·Scheduling pre interview and interview debrief meetings with hiring managers ·Requesting of feedback documents·Manage candidates response process·Preparation of offer letters, contracts and new hire paperwork·General administrative support
In order to be considered for this exciting Talent Acquisition Coordinator role you will have;·Good written and verbal French·An understanding of the conduct associated within the pharmaceutical industry·Excellent organisational and administrative skills
