We are working with a global business for this new role of a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner here is Basingstoke.

The role will be to partners with managers and the most senior executives to provide a full life cycle recruiting services. It will involve developing and executing different strategies to source and select the best talent in the market. You will be able to build your own talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience and be viewed as an ambassador to both internal and external partners.

The role includes:

  • Manages a diverse and complex requisition load. Primarily manages senior level individual contributor roles, highly technical positions, critical positions, senior management roles and executive searches.
  • Partners with HR and hiring managers, serves as an advisor during the selection process. Possesses a deep understanding of assigned positions and business needs. Can identify required skills, experience, and competencies, as well as other intangible job profile preferences.
  • Brings innovative ideas to address talent challenges. Develop and implement effective, leading edge sourcing strategies. Leverage a range of sources, relevant to the job, such as universities, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google search, and other social media. Identify key diversity sourcing tools to ensure we are attracting a diverse pool of talent.
  • Identifies and builds talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Understands the candidate market and performs competitive analysis, makes recommendations and helps to implement solutions.
  • Maintains regular meetings with assigned business group leaders. Provides key Talent Acquisition data, challenges and successes. Builds rapport to enable ability to influence and guide hiring decisions based on knowledge of business objectives and external influences.
  • Leads projects within the Talent Acquisition department. Serves as program manager for key initiatives and a go-to for recruiting advice and best practices. Trains peers on talent acquisition skills and is seen as an expert in the function.

The role will be based in Basingstoke but will involve UK travel. You will have previous experience which will preferably include experience in an executive search firm and several years in a corporate recruiting setting.

As well as significant experience managing a diverse and complex requisition load, including a variety of professional, technical, leadership and senior management searches and advanced sourcing experience leveraging a variety of forms of recruitment technology and techniques such as applicant tracking system databases, job boards, social media, open web sourcing, etc.
