THE ROLE

This role provides 3 key functions for the CPS business:

-        Administration of Salesforce - ensuring sales opportunities are created and tracked

throughout the sales cycle in a timely and accurate manner

-        Bid Support Administration – provide assistance and support in compiling and preparing the

documentation for bids, proposals and quotations for the sales team as required.

-        Third Party Partner (TPP) Administration – back-up to the Bid Support Executive in providing

               the necessary administrative support to the Sales team in relation to the TPP process.

The main roles and responsibilities of the Sales Executive will include:

Salesforce:

Maintain customer records and sales opportunities in Salesforce

Ensure Salesforce records accurately reflect customer proposals and contracts

Produce regular reports from Salesforce and related data sources.

Bid Support Activities:

Provide full administration support for tenders, proposals and quotations.

Set up enquiry reviews, tender responses, bid submissions and contract handover meetings.

Request all components when required by the tender documentation

Maintain and collate final offer documentation.

Third Party Partners (TPP) – Back-up to Bid Support Executive:

Work with various other teams in the business for clarification or further information required.

Arrange and monitor anti-bribery and corruption training for TPPs.

Maintain up to date TPP process and resources, including database, and ensure training is

provided to Sales and Commercial teams

 

 

 

The ideal Sales Executive will:

Sales Pipeline management using Salesforce.

Producing routine and ad-hoc reports from Salesforce

Highly numerate

Excellent organisational and communication skills over phone and email

Collaborative working style and ability to build strong working relationships

Creative approach and commitment to continuous improvement

Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure

Desirable:

International sales and export administration

Experience in preparation of bid bonds and letters of credit

Experience writing proposal content
