A small but very successful distribution business based in Basingstoke is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.

Reporting in to the Director, the role will be responsible for

·Entering Sales orders on to Sage Line 50
·Building strong relationships with customers and providing support where needed.
·Communicating with customers with regard to changes in prices and availability etc
·Assisting customers with on-line orders if necessary.
·Assisting around the office with ad hoc administration tasks as and when required.

The successful applicant will have strong office administration skills, ideally with exposure to Sage Line 50 and Excel. You will be a good communicator and able to help customers who have problems with placing orders either by phone, email or on-line. You will also have the flexibility to be able to help out around the office as necessary.
