Sales Consultant

Location: Newbury

Salary: £18-£21k per annum OTE up to £40k

On behalf of my client located in Newbury, I am seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to work in one of many branches located across to UK.

This role will include liaising with a wide range of customers, many being experienced and interested in high – end pieces of art work. You will have a strong knowledge and interest in the art work you are selling and be able to advise your clients after getting to know their likes and dislikes.

The Sales Consultant will join a growing team of like-minded sales people. This role allows the successful candidate an opportunity to work towards realistic but challenging individual sales targets.

The roles and responsibilities of the Sales Consultant will include:

• Previous experience in retail sales extremely beneficial
• Articulate attitude and positive outlook
• Greeting all customers and treating all as a great sales opportunity
• Confident engaging with a
• Manually rearranging art work to ensure smooth rotation of all pieces
• Strong customer service
• Experience in B2C sales
• Hardworking and self-motivated by commission
• A passion for art work and luxury pieces
• A full, clean driving licence is desired but not essential
• Flexible with hours of work and open to occasional weekend work which will be given back to you during the week – strong understanding that working weekends is an optimal sales opportunity and more likely to earn
