A highly reputable client of 1-1 Recruitment, based in the Romsey area is currently seeking a Secretary/Office Administrator to provide support to a small administration team who are responsible for the smooth running of the office and provision of administrative and secretarial support to management.

Key responsibilities of the role include:-

• Dealing with correspondence, filing, telephone calls and enquiries
• Liaising with clients and intermediaries, setting up meetings and lunches
• Providing administrative and secretarial support to Managers in the office
• Typing from dictation – for Partner and Managers
• Organising meetings
• Screening calls
• Taking a pro-active approach in the filing and archiving systems
• Reception and switchboard cover – during lunch hours, holidays and sickness
• Any other adhoc tasks, as and when required

Qualifications / Knowledge required

• Experience of working within a client facing role, both on the telephone and in person – essential
• Computer Experience – Word, Excel and Outlook – essential
• Experience working as a secretary and completing admin tasks – essential
• Experience in dictation - desirable
• PowerPoint - desirable

Skills required

• Self motivated, flexible and able to take the initiative
• Team player able to develop good relationships with all staff and external clients
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
