1-1 Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an HR Professional with Reward / Compensation and Benefits expertise to join a growing technology company Head Office based in the centre of Basingstoke
Reporting to the Group Head of Reward (dotted line to European HR Director), the Reward Business Partner role will be responsible for delivery of all compensation and benefits activity in relation to the EMEA and EMEA region and will work closely with the Country HR teams in EMEA to support the annual salary and performance management process. The job holder will also manage a variety of reward projects, as required across the region, to deliver the reward and performance management strategy for GGS and will work closely with other members of the EMEA Leadership and HR team.
