We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/ Administrator to support our client's busy Contact Centre. The office location is in the centre of Basingstoke and offers a great atmosphere to work in, excellent office facilities and a fun bright environment.
This role is a front of house position, you will be the face of the company and the first point of contact. Working hours are Monday the 25th of February- Friday the 5th March 2019, 8.30am- 5pm with a 30 minute lunch. Responsibilities & Duties: ·Answering the switchboard·Meeting and greeting visitors·Answering the intercom·Responding to emails·Any general Administrative support required·Supporting Managers throughout the business with adhoc tasksThis role will suit someone who is proactive and motivated with flexibility towards their working day and tasks.
